Cajun seasoning (to taste) such as Slap Ya Mama or Willie Dust
2 Tbsp
cooking oil or butter (for grilling)
1/2 cup
mayonnaise
2 stalks
celery (finely diced)

Method — Cajun Shrimp Rolls
1
Generously season your peeled and deveined shrimp with your favorite Cajun seasoning until evenly coated.
2
Heat your grill or flat top over medium-high heat with a little oil or butter. Cook the shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink, opaque, and cooked through. Remove from the heat.
3
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, finely diced celery, fresh lemon juice, and chopped cilantro, mixing well.
4
Gently toss the grilled shrimp into the creamy celery-mayo mixture until well-coated.
5
Toast your garlic-buttered sausage rolls or buns on the grill until warm and golden.
6
Stuff the creamy Cajun shrimp mixture generously into the toasted rolls. Serve warm with an extra shaker of Slap Ya Mama on standby for anyone wanting to dial up the spice and flavor!
